Sandro Iannicca is the founder of SI Consulting Group in Canada where he focuses on the development of individuals and teams in executive and board positions.
Sandro has extensive experience in the areas of high- performance team design and development, leadership assessment and development, performance management, succession planning, human resources strategy development and execution, organization design and executive coaching. He has managed large consulting practices in the United States and Canada. Along the way Sandro’s career has included serving as the managing partner for the consulting arm of MICA Management Resources, head of the Human Capital group at Mercer Human Resource Consulting in Toronto, and leader of the Workforce Transition Group at Bearing Point in Dallas Texas.
Sandro has consulted to the private and public sectors in Canada, the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. He as consulted for a range of organizations, including the Royal Bank of Canada, Sears, Aventis, the Ontario Public Service, Labatt and Microsoft.
A frequent guest speaker and facilitator, Sandro has spoken on topics such as driving executive performance, CEO succession, retaining key talent, employee engagement and designing and delivering senior team effectiveness for organizations such as Federated Press, IQPC, The Institute for Corporate Directors, Certified Management Accountants of Ontario and the University of Toronto.
Dr. Iannicca obtained his Masters degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University in Los Angeles and his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. He is active in professional associations on both sides of the border.
