Leader Impact Coaching Program

The Leader Impact Coaching Program is a personalized 3 or 6-month coaching program based on the Leader Elevator algorithm to help your emerging leaders lead with impact and confidence. 

The Leader Impact Coaching Program is for individuals who want to lead with impact. It is designed to enhance self-awareness, intention, confidence, and results.

Guided by an expert coach, this program focuses on the Centauric Mindset, Moments, and Moves™ algorithm.

It includes an up-front assessment, a targeted development plan, and a combination of asynchronous learning support and one-on-one coaching. Our Centauric Habit Builder platform delivers daily nudges and follow-ups to help create lasting habits.

At the end of this program, your leaders will have the confidence to act and the capabilities needed to skillfully lead their people.

Leader Impact Coaching is ideal for leaders who:

  • Want to elevate the confidence and performance of themselves and their people

How it Works

Orientation, Assessment, and Goal Setting

Your leaders will complete an assessment of personality, reputation and leadership style. Together, we will examine strengths and derailers. We will then agree on personalized coaching objectives to meet the development needs of the participant.

Learn the Algorithm

Participants will access a series of videos and eLearning experiences to learn what the Mindset, Moments and Moves™ algorithm is all about.

Apply the Algorithm with Coaching Support

Over a period of 3 months, the coach will help participants learn how to activate the Algorithm through a series of assignments, experiments and reflections. Participants will customize a series of habit sprints using our Centauric Habit Builder. The platform delivers daily nudges and follow-ups to help you create the lasting habits needed to be an effective leader.

Evaluate Progress and Set New Goals

At the completion of the program, we will evaluate progress so the participant can consolidate what they have learned and refocus their efforts for the future. The goal is to equip the participant to continue elevating their performance and the performance of the people around them.
